- Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Warming up your cookies is recommended.
- Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.
- For longer enjoyment, freeze them for up to 1 month.
- Reheat for a few seconds in the microwave for that gooey fresh-out-the-oven feel.
- To maintain that perfect chewy texture, don’t store them in a cupboard — keep them cool!

Ingredients- We currently deliver within South Africa. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and 1–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- We ship from Monday to Thursday to keep your cookies fresh and avoid weekend delays.
- Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
- Please note: We use an external courier service. While we do our best to dispatch on time, we unfortunately have no control over their operations or delays.
- If you live in a GREY area (outlying or remote region), delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the courier company collects your parcel.
